Camila Reed is a communications and digital media consultant working globally in English and Spanish. She has experience as a journalist and senior editor in text and TV within Reuters, as well as the BBC World Service and magazines. She has experience in front of, and behind the camera, and has been involved in product launches and developing digital content for clients in the legal and financial sectors. She trains business professionals and journalists around the globe to get their message across effectively and efficiently. She has created bespoke communications programmes for companies like Tetra Pak, using the latest teaching techniques incorporating online, classroom and blended learning methods. Camila has significant management experience and has also been involved with a number of initiatives for women’s advancement in the workplace, including flexible working, diversity and gender pay parity. She’s also created and taken part in mentoring programmes and manages campaigns for women's organisations like International Women in Mining.
Sarah Wachter
CoFounder/Managing Director
Sarah has consulted for UN Women, UNESCO, the United Nations Environmental Programme, UNSSC, global NGOs, the African Development Bank and many other international organisations. She regularly media trains emerging leaders in the UN system, and has trained women members of parliament, women policymakers and government officials. She was senior communications adviser to the Gender Envoy of the African Development Bank, where she wrote speeches, blogs, and created a magazine on gender equality, and produced a photography series on the women leading Liberia’s recovery from Ebola. She has also media trained business executives and journalists in Europe, North America, Africa and the Middle East. Her corporate clients include Shell and Total, where she served as press officer to the CEO and Management Board. A former business journalist with Associated Press-Dow Jones Newswires, where she reported for CNBC and The Wall Street Journal, Sarah’s work has also appeared in The New York Times and the Economist. She has produced TV programmes for the BBC, Time-Warner, and Conde Nast. A native English speaker, she is also fluent in French and conversant in Arabic.
Anne Senior
Trainer & Leadership Coach
Anne Senior is a trainer and leadership coach with three decades of experience in the news and information business, gained on assignments in Europe, Asia and the United States. She is skilled at managing teams across cultures and was active in shaping diversity strategy at Thomson Reuters. She combines experience as a senior manager for a global brand with a professional grasp of latest training theory and practice, being certified as a learning & development specialist by the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). As a training specialist Anne can offer learning consultancy, talent management, elearning, webinar and workshop training formats, having introduced technology-assisted blended learning as head of training for the editorial division of Thomson Reuters. Her training qualifications include a Certificate in Learning and Development Practice and a Level 5 Award in Human Resources Development from the CIPD. Anne is a visiting lecturer at City University, London.
